We are back at Eileen Visser’s Natural World class on the beautiful St. Lawrence University campus in Canton, New York. We love coming and visiting my friend Eileen’s class. For those of you who do not know of this extraordinary woman…Eileen won the 444-mile Yukon River Challenge last summer.
